Dyson Gen5detect Failed to Provide Carpet Head Replacement After Two Months

I purchased the Dyson Gen5detect upright vacuum cleaner, but I found its suction power to be lacking. The carpet cleaning head was unable to properly hoover my carpet. After reviewing my detailed photos and videos, Dyson support acknowledged the issue and promptly sent me an air filter. It has now been two months, and they have yet to deliver the carpet cleaning head, claiming it is out of stock. I've been waiting for two months now, and I don't have any other hoover at home. Whenever I reach out, I consistently receive the same exasperating reply: “Sorry, you’ll have to wait.” I am very unhappy with both the hoover and Dyson’s method of addressing the problem. They need to either accept a return or resolve the issue with the head and suction. Dyson has really let me down, particularly considering the steep price and the unfulfilled claims.

I was only called, but there's no solution. Dyson is a big disappointment. There's no other result than saying wait. They said wait again. I've been waiting for 2 months.
