Dyson Refused to Compensate Defective Vacuum

I no longer have trust in Dyson. My Dyson vacuum, which I bought at a considerable cost, turned out to be a major letdown when I required warranty assistance. The service team completely ignored the problems, providing absolutely no help. I used to highly recommend this vacuum to everyone, but now, I have lost all interest in using it. There seems to be an issue with the turbo head, and their response regarding the body and handle shaking is rather dismissive. I was extremely disappointed with Dyson, a brand that I had invested a significant amount of money in, when it did not meet my expectations during its initial warranty service. I will not be selecting Dyson again.

I don't even want to use the vacuum cleaner I recommended to everyone anymore. The turbo head broke, they didn't care, and they say it's normal that the body and handle are wobbling. I will not choose Dyson again.
