Dyson Failed to Replace My Gen5 Detect Cleaner Head Despite Warranty

The cleaner head of my Dyson Gen5 Detect vacuum cleaner broke before the warranty expired. The head works for 2 seconds and then suddenly stops. Thereupon, I reported the situation to customer service on October 8, 2024. An order has been created for spare parts. When I called customer service 3 weeks later and asked about the situation, they said that the product was not in stock and that it would come from abroad, but they could not see the stocks. I waited a little longer, but I received an e-mail saying "your order has been cancelled". When I called customer service again and asked about this situation, they said "the system automatically cancels the order because the code of the product has changed." We had to order spare parts again. Then we waited a little longer and received another email. This time it said "the order has been canceled because the product is not in stock". Orders for spare parts are constantly placed and canceled again after a while, and unfortunately customer service does not offer any solution. I chose Dyson because of its quality, but I cannot clean my house right now. I cannot find any contact person. Nobody solves my problem. It doesn't suit Dyson to pay so much money and not get any service in return. I have been cleaning my house with the old methods for 1.5 months. I want this grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
