MyIQ Wrong Charges, Refund Requested

I am writing regarding an issue with my MYIQ subscription and incorrect charges that were taken from my bank account on 30 April 2026. When I subscribed, I clearly expected to be charged only 1€, but instead two separate payments of 29,99€ were debited from my account. These payments were taken from my Belgian bank account at Keytrade Bank, and there were no specific transaction or order numbers visible that I could refer to. I did not authorize these two 29,99€ charges and I only agreed to a 1€ payment for the subscription. I kindly request a full refund of both 29,99€ payments that were wrongly charged, and that my subscription conditions be corrected so that I am only charged the amount I originally agreed to. I expect this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
