I have been using my Snapchat account with the username “sophia6999***” for about three years without any problems. However, around March 24, my account access was suddenly blocked. While I was sleeping, I received an email stating that my password had been changed, even though I did not make this change myself. When I tried to log in afterwards, I was informed that my account had violated the community guidelines. This situation is the result of my account being compromised, not my own actions. I attempted to reset my password and log in, but my account remains locked. I also contacted Snapchat support and received a response that my account did not follow the guidelines, but this decision does not reflect how I actually use the account, as I did not perform any violating activity. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, taking into account that it was compromised without my consent, and that my access to my account be restored. If necessary, I am ready to provide any verification or additional information required to confirm my identity and secure the account. Thank you
