Still Waiting for My Dyson Airwrap Refund

At different times, I bought two Dyson Airwrap items from Dyson.com.tr. The first item, with order number 7001259225, had a broken button, so I sent it back on July 7 and got my money back. They told me through WhatsApp that the refund process had begun on July 8 and would be finished in 14 days. But when I asked about it again on the sixth day, they said it began on the 13th, which was confusing and frustrating. They are using tricks to keep my 30,000 TL from me. As for my second order, with order number 7001286469, I put it in before I got my money back for the first one because they told me it was okay. But because I thought there might be a problem with the button, I sent it back on July 14, within the unconditional 14-day return period that was written on their website. But its fate remains uncertain. Even though I've sent them a lot of emails and messages, they keep putting off my refund. I need my money back right away for both products. If I have to, I'll take this to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or use any other legal means, including social media, to get what I want.
