Domino's Pizza Late Delivery and Incorrect Order

I recently placed an order with Domino's, but before my order was even delivered, it was marked as delivered in the system. When I called to check on it, I was told that it was on the way. I then asked, "Is your 30-minute guarantee still in effect? I see it on your website, but I wanted to confirm." The response I got was, "What do you want, not to pay?" I replied, "If the guarantee is still active, then yes, I don't want to pay. That's my right, after all." They started making excuses about being busy, and finally, they said something like, "Fine, don't pay," but it felt dismissive, like they were saying, "The guarantee doesn't apply, just pay."

When the pizzas arrived, I had ordered three: the Veggie was okay, but the Bol Malzemos and Dopdolu pizzas were a joke. They only had some sausage, corn, and a little bit of olive on them. It was ridiculous. I called them again, they asked for photos, which I sent, and they admitted that I was right. They offered to send replacements, and I agreed.

However, when the replacements arrived, they were exactly the same as the first ones! I messaged them on WhatsApp, saying, "These are the same." I pointed out that there was no pepper, green olives, ham, pepperoni, etc., and they didn’t even bother to respond. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, especially from the Ortaköy Domino's. Someone really needs to step in—I've never encountered such a level of customer dissatisfaction in my life.
