I Ordered Pizza from Domino’s via Getir But It Was Never Delivered After 1.5 Hours


On Wednesday, June 18, I placed an order for two pizzas via Getir from the Balıkesir Altıeylül Bahçelievler branch. Both the order time and payment time are clearly visible. The delivery took longer than 30 minutes, so I called the branch to report that although the pizza had not yet arrived, the system marked it as delivered. I also stated that, according to policy, I was entitled to receive the pizza for free. They told me that this policy no longer exists. I responded by pointing out that your website still displays the policy and that your General Manager, Mr. A***, has publicly confirmed it is still valid. Despite this, they didn’t acknowledge my concerns. The pizza was eventually delivered, I was charged in full, and the delivery person left. I then contacted the Domino’s complaint hotline and explained the situation. They confirmed that all conditions were in my favor and said they would file a report. However, they also told me that they would only follow up if they deemed it necessary—and if not, I would not hear back.
