Failed Domino's Pizza Delivery After 30 Minutes Has Left Me Hungry
Just ordered pizza from the Karaköprü branch (Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Boulevard No:32/C Karaköprü) that never honors the 30-minute guarantee. If you won't meet the deadline, don't promise it; the branch takes the money, and then it's Domino's central's problem. I sent the meal back, and I'm starving. It's been an hour, not 30 minutes. Not just a 2-3 minute delay; Domino's central reads our complaint and offers to buy us a meal like we're beggars. This is ridiculous. Constantly dealing with this issue. We order because of the 30-minute guarantee; we have urgent matters, and we want the food to be quick, but no... If it's not pizza, we might as well order kebabs at this hour then.
