1win Support Keeps Asking For The Same Documents To Stall A 60 Euro Reward!

I am a 1win customer and I am writing regarding an unresolved issue with a 60 EUR promo I tried to claim from the reward hub on May 15, 2026, linked to my account with user ID 849201736. When I contacted support via the live chat widget, the agent told me that my activity history needed manual validation and asked me to provide a screenshot of the promo and my transaction list. I followed the instructions and uploaded exactly the screenshots they requested. Despite this, they came back with the same standard response and asked me to upload the same documents again. I complied and uploaded the requested files a second and then a third time, but every time I was met with the same message asking me to repeat the process. At this point it feels as if the system is either not processing the uploads correctly or I am being deliberately stalled to avoid paying out the reward. This repetitive and unhelpful interaction led me to end the chat because the process did not feel professional or solution oriented. I have already provided all the required documentation multiple times and have fully cooperated with the verification process. I now expect 1win to immediately credit the 60 EUR promo to my account balance without any further delays. In addition, I would like a clear explanation of why the support team repeatedly requested the same files despite them being successfully uploaded. Considering the time I have spent and the frustration caused by this apparent technical or procedural issue, I also believe some form of compensation for the inconvenience would be an appropriate gesture from a platform that presents itself as reputable.
