DJI FPV Drone Fell on Its Own



Hello, I encountered an accident with my DJI FPV model, still under warranty and purchased from Media Market. I sent it to Karfo Karacasulu service 25 days ago, and there has been no communication regarding the status of my device. On my last call, I learned that the flight records received a negative response due to a DJI Way error. I paid the fee sent by Karfo Karacasulu along with details of the accident (which I'll share in the photo). The first email mentioned a different model, the DJI Mini 3 Pro, not my DJI FPV. I raised the concern, and in the second email, the model was corrected. However, the accident's date and time were incorrect, and the time zone explanation between China and Turkey raised questions about potential confusion. Despite being an experienced pilot with a license, the accident wasn't my fault. The drone, in mid-air and stationary, unexpectedly veered left and right uncontrollably, resulting in a collision and substantial damage. With three more DJI drones and my piloting experience, this incident and its handling have been deeply unsettling. I share this not expecting a device replacement or free maintenance but to express my concern about the product quality.
