Umingle Age Verification Error Banned My Adult Account

I am 20 years old and I am having a problem with my account on Umingle.com. Yesterday my account was suddenly banned and the screen shows “You are banned” with the reason “Under 18”, even though I am legally over 18. On the ban screen there is also an “Instant Unban” option asking me to pay 149 Philippine Pesos via Apple Pay or credit card in order to remove the ban. I find it unfair and unacceptable that I am required to pay money just to correct a wrong age assessment and regain access to my account. I request that my ban be removed free of charge, that my account be restored without any payment request, and that my age be correctly recognized as 20 years old so I can continue to use the platform normally.
