New DJI Drone Fell on Its Own, Service Rejected Warranty Claim

I purchased a DJI Mini 5 Pro drone approximately one week ago, which I was using for commercial purposes. However, the device crashed on its own without any user error. The incident occurred in Adana. Despite the fact that the drone was only four days old and still under warranty, the service center rejected my replacement request, claiming user error. So far, I have not received any response from DJI customer service.

I have already sent the device to the service center, and due to this issue, my work has been interrupted, resulting in a financial loss of approximately $476. This was my first experience with the DJI brand, and encountering such a problem has been very disappointing.

I expect that the device be repaired under warranty, or if repair is not possible, that it be replaced with a new one. I also request that my situation and financial loss be taken into consideration.
