New DJI Drone Fell from 3 Meters Without User Error

On November 2, 2025, I purchased a DJI Mini Pro 5 Combo Plus drone from Vatan Bilgisayar, which I use for commercial purposes. On November 4, 2025, while flying the drone in Mudanya, Bursa at a height of approximately 3 meters, the device suddenly crashed without any user error or collision. As a result of the fall, one of the propellers broke and the camera detached.
It is extremely disappointing and frustrating to experience such a malfunction only two days after purchase, especially since it caused financial and professional disruption to my work.
The product is still under warranty, and I have the invoice and all purchase details. I have contacted DJI customer service and will send the product to the authorized service center under warranty. However, I find it unacceptable that such a failure occurred so soon and without any misuse or impact.
I am requesting a full replacement of my product with a brand-new unit under warranty.

It has been replaced with a new one. The issue has been resolved.
