Rude Salesperson/Cashier in Deichmann Harburg Rathaus

The sales person in Harburg Rathaus branch was very very rude to me she ended up insulting me front of others. When I went for an exchange of shoes,this is not how they should be behaving to a customer, I want you to take some action towards this, please look into it.
