Shoe Return Request Denied by Deichmann Due to Defects





I bought a pair of shoes from Deichmann on July 6, 2024. By July 20, 2024, I requested an exchange because the adhesive on the front black part of the shoes started to peel off, as shown in the pictures. Deichmann's message claimed there was no production issue. The time between my purchase and exchange request was just 14 days, during which I wore the shoes only twice. Even a pair of shoes costing ₺200 should not start deteriorating after minimal use. I have only walked in them and have not subjected them to any harsh conditions.
I expect an exchange for the defective product immediately. If not resolved promptly, I will escalate this issue to Consumer Rights and other legal channels.
