Fila Sneakers From Deichmann Cracked and Discolored in 2 Months, Warranty Refused

On June 4, 2025, I purchased a pair of Fila sneakers from the Deichmann store at Samsun Bafra Nova Mall (Invoice No: 1112025000006041). The shoes were sold with a 6-month warranty, and I only used them for daily wear. Yet, in less than two months, the leather on the upper started cracking, and the edges of the sole turned yellow and discolored.

I reported the issue to the store and returned the shoes with the receipt for inspection. About a week later, I received a message from Deichmann claiming that there was no manufacturing defect and therefore no solution would be provided. I find this completely unacceptable. For a brand like Fila, a sneaker shouldn’t deteriorate so badly in just one month of light, normal use. Calling the cracks in the leather “user damage” is unreasonable and dismissive.

I paid 2,000 TL for these sneakers, and for them to deform so quickly is proof of poor quality or a production fault. I am requesting either a replacement or a full refund.
