Adidas Shoes Keep Breaking Down and Deichmann Won't Help

Since March, I've been sending my Adidas shoes in for inspection. They replaced them for the first time after 1.5 months. It was rejected the second time, and they mentioned repairing or returning them. Of course, I'll return them and take them to the Consumer Court. The shoes were ripped, and it happened in less than two months! I will no longer shop at Deichmann; I had a similar experience at FLO. I filed a complaint and received a refund; I haven't shopped there in over two years. What exactly do you believe you're doing to people? You'll refund my money; nearly 2.5 months had passed with no sight of my shoes. I couldn't even put them on.
