My Nike Shoes Came Apart in 2 Months but Warranty Claim Was Denied

I bought a pair of Nike shoes from Deichmann with the promise of a 2-year warranty, but the quality didn’t even last two months of actual wear. Although I purchased them over six months ago, I only wore them for about two months in total, and the glue on the sides started to come apart without any heavy use or damage on my part.
I took the shoes back to the Maltepe Park Deichmann store, expecting a fair resolution under warranty. But after their so-called inspection, they told me it was not a manufacturing defect. How is it not a defect when the shoe's construction fails this quickly, even with such limited use?
This is not just disappointing—it’s unacceptable. I paid a premium price (₺) for branded shoes with a warranty, only to be denied coverage for what is clearly a quality control issue. The glue separation speaks for itself, and no customer should have to deal with this kind of runaround after being promised product support.
