Fila Shoes Show Defects After 2 Months, Blame Placed on Me
I purchased a pair of Fila shoes from Deichmann, and after just 1-2 months of use, the sides started coming apart. I sent them in for inspection, but the fault was unfairly attributed to me. If a pair of shoes shows such defects in such a short time, it clearly reflects poor quality from the Fila brand.
I have resubmitted the shoes for another inspection and hope Deichmann corrects this mistake. Customers should not be held responsible for manufacturing issues, especially when the product fails after minimal use. I expect a resolution and proper action to be taken this time. Please address this complaint and uphold the brand’s reputation.
