Refund Delay from DeFacto After Returning Product, No Response from Store

I returned a product to DeFacto the day after purchasing it, and the cashier assured me that the refund would be processed within 2 business days. It’s now been 3 days, and I still haven’t seen the money back on my card. I’ve called the store 5 times, but no one answers. It feels like they’re intentionally ignoring my calls. Can someone in charge please assist with this? I just want my refund processed as promised.
