I’ve been waiting for a refund from Cos Weirdos for over three weeks now, and I’m beyond frustrated. Despite their claim that refunds are processed within 1-7 business days, it’s been 22 days, and I still haven’t received my money. Every time I reach out, I only get vague, dismissive replies with no concrete answers. It feels like I’m being ignored, and my patience is running out. I want a clear explanation and, more importantly, my refund as soon as possible. This level of service is unacceptable, and Cos Weirdos needs to address this issue immediately.
