Apple Store Delayed Refund after Unwanted Purchase
I decided to test out an app, so I went to the App Store and downloaded it. To my surprise, funds were deducted from my card despite the fact that I had no intention of making a purchase at the time the transaction occurred. I immediately filed a refund request. However, it has been two days and I have yet to receive my refund. I'm becoming concerned. I received notification that the payment had been refunded, but the amount has yet to be credited back to my card, despite the fact that the notification stated that it had already occurred. I'm becoming increasingly irritated and concerned as a result of the delay. I would appreciate it if the App Store could take immediate action and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
