I Returned Two Dresses to Forever 21 but Still Haven’t Received My Refund

I returned two dresses I bought from Forever 21 over a week ago, and I’m still waiting for my refund. It’s been well beyond the promised timeframe. I was told several times that the refund would be processed within five business days, but nothing has been credited back to my account.
I’ve followed up repeatedly, messaging customer service multiple times, and all I get are generic responses that lead nowhere. It feels like I’m being deliberately stalled with empty reassurances. This delay is unacceptable—especially since Forever 21 confirmed they received the returned items.
I paid for the items in good faith, and now they’ve had both my money and the dresses for over a week. If I don’t receive my refund immediately, I will escalate this issue by filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
Forever 21 needs to stop making excuses and process my refund without any further delay. Customers deserve timely service and accountability.
