DeepL Charged Me for a 1-Year Subscription Without Consent – No Support Available

I signed up for DeepL Translate’s free trial, but without my approval, they charged me for a full-year subscription! I never authorized this payment, yet the full annual fee was taken from my card.

To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to contact support. There is no visible customer service number or proper way to reach them. I want this unauthorized charge canceled immediately and my money refunded.

DeepL, this is unacceptable! I demand proper customer support and a resolution to this issue. You cannot charge users without consent and then make it impossible to reach you. Process my refund now and fix your support system!
