I subscribed to DeepL Translate's free one-month trial, but my card was charged without my consent or any prior notification. This is unacceptable, and I demand the immediate cancellation of the payment and a refund to my card.

To make matters worse, there is no visible customer service contact number on the website or app, leaving me with no clear way to resolve this issue. I urgently request support and clarification regarding this unauthorized charge.
