Heycash Points Not Credited After Completing Paid Offers



I am using the Heycash LLC service and completed two paid offers 72 hours ago, one worth 11,530 points and another worth 13,500 points. Despite fulfilling the requirements of these offers, the points have still not been credited to my account. I have screenshots and in‑app confirmations showing that I successfully completed both offers and that the points were not added. I contacted Heycash LLC support about this issue, and I was told to wait 72 hours. This waiting period has already passed, yet the points are still missing. I request that the missing 11,250 and 13,800 points from these two offers be immediately credited to my Heycash account, or that an equivalent compensation be provided without any further delay.
