Fiat Egea Cross Oil Consumption Issue Not Fixed Under Warranty

I am the owner of a Fiat Egea Cross 1.4 with license plate 34 F** 063, and my vehicle is still under warranty with 80,000 km. For the past two years, my car has been consuming or losing engine oil, and despite being under warranty, this issue—clearly originating from a manufacturing defect—has not been properly resolved. I took my vehicle to the authorized Istanbul Esenler Gürses service center, where, after inspection, I was informed that the vehicle is indeed a factory-defective product. As a solution, they proposed installing piston rings (segman) but also stated that this would result in a depreciation loss of approximately $1,000 in the vehicle’s value. I responded that if the car is defective, I would rather pay even more than that amount for them to take the faulty vehicle back, as I do not accept using a car that is officially acknowledged to have a manufacturing defect. Despite this clear admission and the fact that my car is still under warranty, no proper resolution, such as replacement or refund, has been offered. This situation represents a serious loss in both safety and financial value. I request that my vehicle be replaced with a defect-free one or that I be refunded based on the current market value of the vehicle, and that my grievance be resolved without further delay.
