Famradar Subscription Billing Without Clear Consent or Notification
I am using the Famradar application on iOS, and I noticed that two charges—49.55 and 12.55—were deducted from my bank account yesterday in connection with this service. These payments were taken directly from my bank account, not through the Apple App Store. Although I previously created an account and subscribed to Famradar, I was not clearly informed about these specific charges or their renewal terms. I do not approve these withdrawals and am concerned that similar charges may continue in the future. I request that my Famradar subscription be canceled immediately and that no further deductions be made from my bank account. I also ask that the amounts of 49.55 and 12.55 be reviewed and refunded if they were charged without my clear and explicit consent. Please confirm the cancellation, clarify the status of these charges, and inform me of any steps I need to take.
