Daikin FTX35E Air Conditioner Not Working – Service Delay Complaint

I bought a Daikin FTX35E air conditioner but I could not use it even once because it does not work. When we try to use it, it does not provide either heating or cooling and we cannot understand the reason. We called Daikin service and have been waiting for about a month for support, but no one has come or called us back. We are very dissatisfied that a product we bought as a quality brand remains unused for so long and that we cannot reach proper service. I request that an authorized Daikin service contacts us as soon as possible, comes to our address, and makes the necessary checks so that the air conditioner can be installed and work properly. I want this problem to be solved urgently and to be able to use the product I paid for.
