Daikin Ignored My Service Request for the Air Conditioner I Bought on November 21
The service for the Daikin air conditioner we purchased on November 21, aiming for the best, is non-existent. When I first called customer service and they told me that the service had given me an appointment, I was shocked. I think there’s a scoring system, and to avoid falling behind, they falsely mark appointments as given. Fine, they said they took note of my issue and would call me back. Today is November 25, and still no one has called. I called for the second time and told customer service, "No one has contacted me yet." They replied, "But you were given an appointment." Unbelievable. I said, "No one has called me so far." The representative said, "One moment, let me reach out." They kept me waiting but couldn’t get through to anyone either. Then they said, "I’ll escalate your issue as urgent." I responded, "But you can’t even reach them; how will they know it’s urgent?" I didn’t drag it out, and we ended the call. I just realized how many records Daikin has on Xolvie (quite surprising for such a big company). If no one contacts me tomorrow, I will return the product.
