Daikin Daylux AC Stopped Cooling and Service Never Arrived
I purchased a Daikin Daylux 24,000 BTU air conditioner approximately one year ago, and it is installed at my home in Istanbul, Üsküdar, Küçüksu Mahallesi. As of 24 June 2026, the device stopped cooling and is only blowing air without properly cooling or dehumidifying the room. On 24 June I called Daikin customer service and my request was recorded, but no one contacted me or came for service. Five days later I called again, and this time I was told there was a problem with the reservation system and that I should contact the service units directly. When we called the service units, they said they could not give any appointment in the way described. After that, I submitted a complaint via a local website in Turkey, and following this, someone called me and promised the issue would be handled urgently, but so far no technician has come and the problem remains unresolved. I have been left without a properly working air conditioner in the middle of summer, despite repeatedly asking for support. I request that Daikin arrange an urgent service visit without any further delay, repair the air conditioner properly, and if repair is not possible, replace the device with a new one immediately so that I can use the product I paid for as intended.
