The Daikin heat pump we purchased brand new only provided heating for two days after installation and has not been working or heating at all since November 21, 2025. We have been left in difficult conditions during cold weather and have barely been able to use the product properly. We purchased the unit from Aytes Isı Daikin Products and Heat Pump.

During this process, Daikin’s authorized service provider, Türe Teknik İklimlendirme Sistemleri, visited our home many times. Despite repeatedly requesting a full product replacement, no replacement was made. At first, the service team said the unit would be replaced, but each time they chose to replace parts instead. None of the replaced parts solved the issue, yet additional parts were ordered again and again with no concrete result.

Being unable to use a brand-new product after such a short time and after so many service interventions is unacceptable in terms of both time lost and the hardship we have experienced. I am requesting either a one-to-one replacement of the heat pump with a new unit or a permanent, guaranteed solution, and I ask that this process be finalized as soon as possible while taking our hardship into account.

I purchased a brand-new Daikin heat pump, but since November 2025 the problem I have with the unit has never been resolved. The product was bought through Aytes Isı and the authorized service of Türe Teknik in Tekirdağ intervened repeatedly. Nevertheless, the heat pump does not heat the house sufficiently and the temperature does not rise above 17 °C.

A brand-new product has had its parts replaced four times so far, and despite the service and dealer coming to the house 6–7 times, the cause of the fault could not be found. In addition, each time the problem is implied to be consumer-caused, trying to blame me. Yet the product is completely new and still under warranty, and despite all these interventions I continue to be harmed by a device that cannot heat the house.

I contact Daikin customer service and the authorized service almost every day. Each time a ticket is opened with the promise “we will solve it,” and then the tickets are closed again by claiming consumer error. Despite so many part replacements, service records and wasted time on a brand-new unit, no clear and permanent solution has been offered and I am left alone with a defective product, which has seriously shaken my confidence in the brand.

At the end of this process I now demand a permanent and clear solution. I request that the heat pump be considered a defective product due to these issues and the numerous failed repair attempts, and that the unit be replaced or a refund be provided.

There is nothing that has been resolved as of 12/26/2025; we're sitting here like ice in this cold.

29.12.2025 Despite contacting the headquarters, call center, and service, no solution is reached; they do not replace the product, which is only a one‑month‑old product.

02.01.2026 Since the day it broke down, despite contacting the call center, headquarters, and service, the product remains broken at home; in these cold winter days it does not rise above 17 degrees. Even though they have replaced many faulty parts on a brand‑new product, now they say that the heater does not work because of insulation and will work once insulation is done, even though when the product was purchased they sent people for an inspection and said it would heat. I don’t think the product fails to heat because of insulation before it is replaced. We’re fed up; a month has passed, we’ve entered a new year, we have a heart‑patient at home and I’m lighting a stove and trying to warm up with electricity – what a pity.

On 02.01.2026, I was contacted by Daikin headquarters. They claimed the device does not heat but operates with sound and asked me for a video of the noisy operation. However, when I told them that our complaint is not about noisy operation but that it does not heat, they said they would immediately get in touch with the service. As can be understood from this, the service team that arrived and the numerous 'does not heat' complaints remain unresolved, and they are inspecting the fault according to their own preferences, while we have been dealing with a one‑month‑old brand‑new device that has not heated for a month. Due to the disconnect between the service and the headquarters, the customer is being harmed.
