In July 2022, we started using our Altherma Heat Pump, but it constantly shows 89-05 and 7H-06 errors. From the very first day, service teams have come to check it, but they haven't found a solution. The only advice given is to turn the device off and on from the main circuit breaker. These errors occur daily, sometimes multiple times a day. I believe this primitive solution is causing significant damage to the device. We urgently need a permanent resolution to this problem. The authorized service is unable to handle it. I reported this issue almost a year ago, but it still hasn't been resolved.
