In 2021, we purchased a Buderus brand combi boiler, but since day one, it has been plagued with constant malfunctions, primarily showing error code 227. These issues stem from problems such as gas cut-off, no flame, and now, the screen has completely gone blank. Since 2021, the authorized service provider, Edremit Başar Klima, has visited five times, claiming each time to have resolved the issue with temporary fixes. However, the boiler continues to malfunction. We have repeatedly contacted the Bosch center, requesting a replacement, but have had no success. The authorized service even refused to provide a report. We now plan to uninstall the boiler and send it to the Bosch center ourselves. While we install a new boiler, we will begin legal proceedings. Buderus has been a huge disappointment; I strongly advise against it.
