Daikin Sensira 12000 BTU/h Order Cancelled


Since April 2025, I have been enduring a real struggle to have the installation of the Daikin Altherma R-32 heat pump completed, for exactly 6 months. I have called customer service and two different technical services in my area at least 25-30 times. Once, a technician came but left without even bringing the necessary materials for installation. Every time, I am told "The issue has been forwarded to the relevant department," but there is neither a solution nor any responsible person to address the matter. I purchased one of the most expensive products on the market and ended up being a victim of this service with my own money. On December 2, 2024, I paid €5548.95 via my credit card, and the product is under warranty. This is my first Daikin product, and this level of indifference and negligence is truly unacceptable. I am completely out of patience now. My only demand is that this grievance is immediately addressed, and the product is urgently installed. If I do not reach a solution within one week, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court.
