I bought a DemirDöküm Protherm combi boiler about a month ago. After a mere two weeks, the dreaded F89 heat pump error reared its ugly head. We've been patiently awaiting a part replacement for approximately two weeks now. According to them, the part is currently unavailable and they cannot provide a specific timeframe for when it will arrive. My elderly father, who lives alone, has been without heating for a duration of two weeks. We kindly request a product replacement. It seems unlikely that the part will arrive... Dear brand officials, we kindly request your attention to our urgent matter. We are in need of a prompt solution. Otherwise, I'm contemplating pursuing legal recourse.
