Our mobile air conditioner broke down 2 times with the "same fault" within the warranty period. (10 july 2023, 3 Jun 2024) According to the relevant law, replacement or refund is required, but it is not accepted, and it is said that the headquarters has ordered repair. my device was taken to service on 3 June 2024 It was taken to the service on June 21, 2024 and brought back as done. The next day it broke down again. 26 Jun. 2024 It was taken to service again and is still waiting for parts. In total, "your device has been in service for 41 days" and they still say that it will take 20 more days for the parts to arrive from abroad. For 60 days I have not used the device and I have been victimized with my whole family in this heat. Documents are attached. I complain about Electrolux and its employees who do not recognize any law, rule or consumer right.
