Brand New  Dacia Jogger Expression 1.0 Delivery, Rejects Replacement

My parents in Turkey bought a brand new Jogger last Friday, the 23rd of June. Since my dad drove a test car before, as soon as he drives the brand new car, he realises a performance loss in the car and he says the engine was revving too loudly, however the car was moving too unwillingly. As the petrol tank is empty for all the brand new cars, he stops at the nearest petrol station and refills the tank Then, when he starts the car again, all the service lights comes on. Including the fuel system, brake system, exhaust system, ESC, hill holder and so son. He calls the road assistance and he was advised to drive to his place, after a couple of hours then a technician comes to check the car. He did a test drive as his diagnosis computer did not work for some reason and my parents were told that the turbo system should be damaged. A towing vehicle was sent and the brand new car was towed to the dealer where they get the car from. Dealer is called “Akbak” in Ankara, Turkiye. I am suspicious of the fact that the service lights were suspended right before the delivery. That's zero sense that the car was damaged in 5 kilometres. The clock was 9kms when they got the car already. I honestly do not know what to do now. I cannot get any certain answers to my questions from Dacia Turkey. How come a car without proper final check could be sent to the dealer? As far as I know the car was built in Dacia’s Morocco production plant. There is a huge quality issue going on here and Dacia Turkey just want to cover it up. Simply a brand new car here is sold faulty. How come a car with that many faults could pass the final tests in the production plant before it was sent to the dealer? Or is it the dealer suspended the service lights?
