Coursiv Charged Double the Agreed Amount Without My Consent

I subscribed to Coursiv under the condition that I would only be charged for a 4-week period. I made this payment knowingly and accepted the cost for that limited subscription. However, after the 4-week period ended, Coursiv withdrew money from my account again without my approval. To make matters worse, the amount they charged was more than double what I had originally agreed to pay.

I did not authorize any renewal, nor was I informed that additional payments would be taken after the first 4 weeks. No email, message, or notification was sent to explain this charge. It is completely unacceptable for a company to take money without consent and then demand more than the agreed subscription fee.

I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized charge and the immediate closure of my Coursiv account to prevent any further withdrawals. Customers deserve transparent billing practices, not hidden charges that appear after the fact. I expect Coursiv to process the refund promptly and provide confirmation that my account has been canceled.
