Coursiv Charged Unauthorized Purchases and Refused Refund of $49
Today, I noticed two separate charges on my card from Coursiv, and I immediately realized that one of them was unauthorized. While I initially approved the first transaction, a second charge of $49 was processed without my knowledge or consent. I did not sign up for any additional services or subscriptions, yet the amount was withdrawn from my card.
To resolve the issue, I contacted Coursiv and even submitted screenshots of the transactions as proof. However, instead of providing a clear solution, they have not refunded either of the charges. Since I have now decided to cancel both purchases altogether, I am requesting a full refund for both payments, including the unauthorized $49 deduction.
It is unacceptable for a company to process charges beyond the customer’s approval and then ignore refund requests. I demand that Coursiv immediately cancel these purchases, issue a full refund, and provide assurances that unauthorized transactions like this will not occur again. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and proper support when their money is taken without consent.
