First, stop paying for Coursiv and create a support ticket. In the ticket, include pictures of both the charges and your account email.
You can also email [email protected] about the double charges and ask for a refund.
Use their money-back policy as proof. It says that refunds are only given during the guarantee window, which could be up to 30 days or before the end of the first billing period, based on the offer.
When you ask for a full return of the extra charge, you should show the policy page and sales terms.
