I Report Unauthorized Subscription Charges from Zety After One-Time CV Payment

I originally paid Zety a one-time fee in August to create a single CV. At the time, I believed this was a one-time payment with no recurring charges. I did not sign up for a subscription, nor was I informed about any automatic renewals. Months later, without any notification, Zety charged my account again.
I never consented to recurring payments, and I never received an email or invoice warning me that my card would be charged. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to charge users without their clear consent.
When I checked my account, I realized my payment details were still saved without my permission. This should never happen after a one-time purchase. I demand a full refund of the unauthorized charges and immediate cancellation of whatever subscription they secretly enrolled me in.
Zety needs to be transparent and honest with its users. Stop misleading people with unclear billing practices. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this complaint.
