Coursiv Charged $50 Without My Consent and Refused to Issue Refund
I recently discovered that Coursiv charged my credit card $50 without my knowledge or approval. What makes this situation even more concerning is that I never even entered my credit card details on their platform, yet the payment was somehow processed. This raises serious questions about how they accessed my card information and whether my personal financial data is secure.
When I contacted Coursiv’s customer service, instead of resolving the problem, they claimed that the charge was mentioned in their subscription terms. However, this explanation makes no sense since I did not authorize a subscription and never shared my card details directly with them. Despite my repeated requests, they have refused to issue a refund and continue to avoid responsibility.
This unauthorized transaction has left me frustrated and financially harmed. I demand that Coursiv immediately refund the $50 they took without my consent and provide a clear explanation of how this payment was processed in the first place. Customers should not have to deal with hidden charges or unauthorized withdrawals. I expect urgent action and a prompt resolution to restore trust.
