Coursiv Charged My Card Without Consent and Refused to Refund
Coursiv, a Cyprus-based online platform, withdrew money from my account without my approval. I never authorized these charges, yet I discovered that the amounts taken were much higher than what was originally shown on the screen—often nearly double the displayed price. This kind of hidden overcharging is unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading.
When I contacted Coursiv to request a refund, they responded that they could not process refunds for non-EU citizens. As a Turkish customer, I find this response discriminatory and unfair. A company should not be allowed to take money from my card without consent and then deny me a refund based solely on my citizenship. To make matters worse, there is no proper customer support channel or official representative to resolve the issue, leaving me with no accountability from their side.
I demand that Coursiv immediately refund the unauthorized charges and stop applying unfair practices that disadvantage non-EU customers. Every consumer deserves equal protection, regardless of nationality. I expect urgent action and a clear explanation of how they will prevent unauthorized payments and unfair treatment in the future.
