Coursera Charged Me $38 Without Any Subscription or Purchase

On October 15, 2025, a charge of $38 was made from my Coursera account without my knowledge. I had not purchased any service or subscription, so I cannot understand why this charge was applied. The account associated with this transaction is a***********@gmail.com.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I canceled my subscription immediately afterward. However, I have not received any response from Coursera customer support so far.
I am requesting that this unauthorized charge be refunded to me as soon as possible. I want my money back; otherwise, I will escalate this matter to law enforcement and pursue further action against Coursera.org.
