Unauthorized Coursera Subscription Charge Not Refunded

On December 2, 2025, my credit card was charged a subscription fee through Coursera for order number 440248861 without my knowledge or explicit consent. Although I noticed the transaction about 20 minutes later and canceled the subscription, the charged amount has not been refunded to me.

I became aware of this transaction through an email sent by Coursera regarding order number 440248861. Despite contacting Coursera support about this issue, no solution has been provided so far, and the refund has not been processed.

I am requesting that this unauthorized charge be refunded to my card as soon as possible and that necessary measures be taken to prevent similar unauthorized or automatic charges from occurring again.
