Coursera Charged Me Monthly Without an Active Subscription – I Want a Refund

I recently noticed that Coursera has been charging my account $50 per month for three months, even though I do not have an active subscription. My account does not show any active membership, and I have never enrolled in any courses.
When I reached out for support, I only received automated bot responses, and no real assistance was provided. I have been paying for a service I never used, and this is completely unacceptable.
Coursera, I demand a full refund immediately! Charging users without a valid subscription is unethical, and I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Has anyone else faced this problem? I need a response now!
