Unable to Access Coursera Account, Courses and Certificates Unavailable
I am very frustrated with Coursera as I have been unable to log into my account and access any of my courses or lessons. Despite sending multiple emails to their support team, the issue remains unresolved, leaving me stuck with no progress on my learning goals.
I have paid for these courses, and the inability to use the platform is causing unnecessary stress. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will cancel my subscription entirely, even if it means losing access to my courses and certificates.
Coursera must take immediate action to fix this issue and provide a seamless learning experience for paying users. The current lack of support is unacceptable.
