Converse Shoes Got Discolored After Only 2 Hours

We bought a pair of Converse shoes and my daughter wore them for only 2 hours during the holiday. As you can see, the shoes got discolored, with marks both on the top and in other areas. The shoes are practically new, worn for just 2 hours. We sent them for inspection, and they examined them twice, but each time they returned them saying it was user error. However, these shoes are brand new and were only worn for 2 hours. They are Converse shoes!
